More than 30 artisans, representing various specialties, participate in the fair which recorded the visit of members of the Tunisian-Saudi group supporting the artisan. The governorate of Kairouan occupies the first place on the national scale as regards manufacture of the carpet and Margoum, an activity which employs 7 thousand craftsmen out of a total of 15 thousand professionals in the region.
